Use of our services

By using the BuildRescue website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are additionally governed by the scope and agreement we provide for that project.

Engagements and payment

Rescue work is delivered on a fixed-scope basis as described in your project agreement. Fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined per engagement.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the work product we deliver for your project, except for any third-party or pre-existing components, which remain under their own licenses.

Limitation of liability and contact
